Local businesses are coming together to show support for the island of Maui after experiencing devastating wildfires . From thrift stores to restaurants, we rounded up five ways San Antonians can shop local and help support Maui.

Through the end of the week, this local thrift store is raising funds for its Maui Fires Fundraiser. Proceeds from each sale will be donated to the Hawaii Community Foundation Maui Strong Fund that is providing resources for disaster response + recovery.
Wow Wow Lemonade , 14510 NW Military Highway, Suite 104
This drink spot is donating $1 from every cup of lemonade sold to Maui relief efforts until Thursday, Aug. 31.
Hokulani Shave Ice , 303 Pearl Pkwy
Swing by this shave ice truck at the Pearl Farmers Market on Saturday, Aug. 19 and Sunday, Aug. 20. The truck will donate 50% from each cup sale to those affected by the wildfires.

The family home of Rene’e Park, co-owner of Aloha Kitchen, was lost in the wildfires. The restaurant has started a GoFundMe to raise funds to rebuild.
Big Aloha’s Ali’i Cove , 1210 Pat Booker Rd. suite H
The owner’s wife, Mel, has traveled to Maui to assist in relief efforts. The restaurant plans to have a fundraiser started when she gets back. Keep an eye on its Facebook page for updates.
