Bill Miller BBQ Headquarters | Sept. 2025 | This local barbecue institution is building a new headquarters on the city’s Westside. The new building will include a smokehouse where the fires burn in the basement level and meats are smoked on the second floor. The project is estimated to cost $60 million.
San Antonio Airport | March 2025 | As part of the airport’s Terminal Development Program, the construction of the Ground Load Facility will give travelers better access to low-cost carriers. This new terminal was made possible by a $20 million grant from the Federal Aviation Administration and will add three new gates to the airport.
