  • Vista Brewing is opening a tap room and cafe in the Dignowity Hill neighborhood this fall. The rotating seasonal menu will feature sustainably and locally sourced ingredients to create dishes like Akaushi Texas Wagyu beef and fresh salads. (SA Current)

  • The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) announced it has added another non-stop flight to it’s growing list. Starting today, you can now book direct flights through American Airlines from San Antonio to Philadelphia. With the addition of this destination, SAT now has 41 direct flights to choose from.
Number
  • $2 million. That’s how much one San Antonio resident won in the Powerball drawing on Saturday, August 12. The winning quick-pick ticket was purchased from the H-E-B located at 8219 Marbach Rd. and the ticket matched all five white ball numbers but not the red Powerball number. (KSAT 12)

  • Country pop singer, Brett Young is bringing his “Dance With You” tour to Cowboy’s Dancehall on Saturday, Dec. 2. Doors open at 7 p.m. with a special performance by Griffin Palmer. Tickets are now on sale and start at $55.

My best friends and I went to see DJ Pauly D at 1902 last week for my best friend Erin’s 30th birthday. All of San Antonio’s meatballs gathered to see this Jersey Shore legend.

We fist bumped the night away and left with the best memories, and sore feet. You won’t catch me in heels for the next few weeks.
