Take a charcuterie board class with Tim The Girl

To brie, or not to brie — that is the question.

Not to sound cheesy, but this sounds like a really gouda idea.

Tim The Girl Catering will host two charcuterie classes before the end of the year, the first taking place on Wednesday, Nov. 9 from 6-7:30 p.m.

Tim McDiarmid, founder of The Good Kind Hospitality Group, is owner of the creative catering company. The interactive charcuterie classes will be led by the catering crew and held at Ivy Hall Events, located at 1127 S. St. Mary’s St.

Those who sign up for a class can expect:

  • a unique board to take home
  • two glasses of wine to sip
  • a guided lesson on building a charcuterie board
  • a total class run time of 1.5 hours

Tickets can be purchased in advance and are expect to sell out quickly.
