Sometimes you just want to stick your feet in some water and decompress.
I stayed at the most adorable Airbnb recently with a few friends. This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath beauty (with seven beds) is conveniently located near SeaWorld and has a lovely patio for a board game night, a private hot tub, and a mini-arcade. The decor was simple and elegant, and the Alamo Ranch neighborhood was quiet. 5/5 stars.

Speaking of landmarks... I admit I have no sense of direction and am a terrible navigator, but the Alamo is one of the few I can find.
And if you haven’t visited the encampment recently to step back into the 1830s and talk with the living historians, you’re totally missing out. (It’s also a great go-to if you have out-of-state friends visiting San Antonio for the first time.)
