Can you believe it’s already time to vote in the general election? Early voting for the Saturday, May 3 election runs Tuesday, April 22 through Tuesday, April 29 and we’ve done the research so you don’t have to.

To make this election as easy as possible, we’ve curated need-to-know information about how and where to vote, along with what is on this year’s ballots.

Civic

The City of San Antonio cut the ribbon on its fourth affordable housing project earlier this week. Nova Lofts was constructed via San Antonio’s 2022 Affordable Housing Bond. It features one, two, and three-bedroom floorplans, an activity room for after school care, and a mural spanning four floors.

Development

A ground breaking is set for Methodist Healthcare’s $30 million Hope Lodge at the South Texas Medical Center. The 40,000 sqft facility aims to offer free temporary housing for cancer patients needing medical treatment and their caregivers. (SA Business Journal)

It’ll look like someone took a big bite out of the sun this weekend. A partial solar eclipse will hit our skies around 5:13 a.m. on Saturday, March 29. Don’t forget to grab some shades to view the solar spectacle.
