🎤 One, two, free, (Final) Four

Musician Chris Stapleton performs on stage. He is facing the right of the screen, singing into a microphone, and playing the guitar. Blue strobe lights are in the background, and he's wearing a cowboy hat. His iconic long hair and long beard are visible.

We’ve been counting down the days until the Men’s Final Four arrives in San Antonio, and the excitement is reaching fever pitch. The lineup was just announced for the 2025 NCAA March Madness Music Festival, and it’s chock-full of stars.

And once more for those in the back — it’s free to attend.

When + where?

The three-day event is taking place from Friday, April 4 to Sunday, April 6. That’s when Tower Park at Hemisfair will host a range of performances to kick off the Men’s Final Four festivities in style.

Friday, April 4

The AT&T Party tips off the first day of the festival at 4:30 p.m., and will be headlined by Pitbull at 8:45 p.m.

Before Mr. Worldwide’s serenades, rising rap sensation Doechii will take the stage at 7 p.m. The Tampa-born star (hey, TBAYtoday) recently became just the third woman to ever win Rap Album of the Year at the Grammy Awards.

News Notes

Opening

Development

Changes are coming closer for a major thoroughfare in Alamo Heights. Plans to upgrade the Broadway and Ogden Lane intersection are progressing, with Florida-based WGI announced as the civil engineering firm leading the project earlier this week. Upgrades would cost a reported ~$1.5 million. (San Antonio Business Journal)

Cause

The YMCA of Greater San Antonio just received a historic donation. City Wide Facility Solutions recently presented a $610,000 check to the nonprofit — the largest in the local YMCA’s 149-year history. The nonprofit is always looking for volunteers to help in its mission. (PR Newswire)
