The world-renowned Morgan’s Wonderland theme park in San Antonio is getting a hotel. Morgan’s Hotel will be built near the park and will go beyond regular ADA requirements to provide a stay for visitors of all ages and abilities.

Branded an ultra-accommodating hotel, guests will find spacious common areas and rooms that allow for independent movement. Its goal is to create an environment of acceptance for all travelers. This San Antonio location will serve as a model for accessible hotels and has a projected opening date in 2026.

The latest development will have design features like:

  • Wider hallways
  • Larger guest rooms
  • Easy access to elevators

In addition, staff will be trained in specialized services like disability etiquette and assistance with mobility devices.

World-famous hospitality chains like Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt are currently in negotiations with founder Gordon Hartman to be the first to place their name on this lodging project.
