It’s the final countdown to the new year — where did the time go? Here are six New Year’s Eve happenings around the Alamo City.

Family fun

Kids Countdown| Doseum | Tuesday, Dec. 31 | 10 a.m.-1 p.m. | Bring the family and count down to the noon year with face-painting, activities, bites, and a balloon drop. Tickets are $25.

New Year’s 360 Fireworks Celebration | Six Flags Fiesta Texas | Tuesday, Dec. 31 | 12-10 p.m. | Ring in the new year with a fun-filled day at this amusement park and stay for a firework spectacular.

CelebrateSA | Hemisfair | Tuesday, Dec. 31 | 6 p.m.-12 a.m. | The City of San Antonio’s official New Year’s Eve celebration is happening in the heart of the Alamo City and features food + art vendors, carnival games, alcohol available for purchase, and a fireworks show at midnight.

Toast From the Top: A New Year’s Eve to Remember! | 722 S. Saint Mary’s St. | Tuesday, Dec. 31 | 8 p.m.-1 a.m. | This event is for 25 and up, and includes midnight bites, champagne toast, and party favors.

Tenfold New Year’s Eve 2025 Party | 431 S. Alamo St. | Tuesday, Dec. 31 | 8 p.m. | Stay at the Kimpton Santo for a rooftop party with panoramic views of the city. Black and white attire is encouraged.

Thirsty Horse | 2335 NW Military Hwy. | Tuesday, Dec. 31 | 7 p.m. | Boot scoot and boogie your way into the New Year with live music from Drew Brown and Haywire. Your $10 ticket also includes party favors and a chance to win $100 every 15 minutes.
