Ahead of National Wine Day on Sunday, May 25, we wanted to introduce you to the newest winery in the Texas Hill Country, Halter Ranch Fredericksburg. Hailing from Paso Robles, CA, this tasting room is about an hour north of the Alamo City. Bring a friend to take in the spirit + lifestyle of the California wine country, while deep in the heart of Texas.

What makes this spot different from others on the 290 wine trail? Halter Ranch Fredericksburg wines are made from Certified Organic vineyards. Meaning the wine from its Paso Robles Estate and vineyard partners in Central Texas are sustainably farmed.
