Happy New Year’s Eve, San Antonio — while we’re a day early from 2022, we wanted to give you a headstart to plan your month ahead of time. Here are five of our favorite events happening this January in the Alamo City.

Dreamweek SA | Thurs., Jan. 13-Sun., Jan. 30 | Times vary | Multiple locations | Inspired by the teachings of Dr. King, this city-wide summit hosts 200+ events promoting an exchange of ideas on universal issues facing our multicultural communities. ❤️

Monster Jam | Sat., Jan. 15-Sun., Jan. 16 | Times vary | Alamodome | $20+ | Get ready for an adrenaline-charged weekend as the most action-pack motorsports experience for families in the world roars back into the Alamo City. 💨

San Antonio Restaurant Week | Now-Jan. 29 | Times vary | Multiple locations | $20+ | Dine out and dig in at your favorite Restaurants for less during this bi-annual extravaganza. 🍔

35th Annual MLK March and Legacy Celebration | Mon., Jan. 17 | 10 a.m. | Martin Luther King, Jr. Academy + Pittman-Sullivan Park | March alongside 300,000 people and afterwards enjoy live music performances + shop local vendors— sign up to march here. 🤝

Scobee Planetarium Night Shows | Fri., Jan. 21 + Fri., Jan. 28 | Times vary | $5+ | 1819 N. Main Ave | Head on over to the Scobee Education Center to enjoy a night under the stars and learn all about the vast solar system. 🌠
