Are you ready for this? The National Basketball Association (NBA) released its In-Season Tournament schedule for the upcoming 2023-2024 season. What is an in-season tournament? We’re glad you asked, think March Madness but with the NBA. There are three groups, each consisting of various NBA teams.
All 30 teams
compete in Group Play, eight advance to Knockout Rounds and one is crowned champion as recipient of new NBA Cup, which includes cash prizes
. The San Antonio Spurs will be back in action in the West Group C with four other teams
.
Two of the four games will be played at the AT&T Center (soon to be Frost Bank Center
) this fall. Here’s the schedule:
- Friday, Nov. 10: vs. Timberwolves at 7 p.m. CT
- Tuesday, Nov. 14 at Thunder at 6:30 p.m. CT on TNT
- Friday, Nov. 17 vs. Kings at 6:30 p.m. CT on ESPN
- Tuesday, Nov. 24 at Warriors at 9 p.m. CT on ESPN
