Overland Partners involved in landmark San Antonio projects

Another multi-million dollar project in San Antonio is set to be spearheaded by local design firm Overland Partners.

According to a public filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Northwest Vista College is set to receive a new ~$5.3 million Veterans Center on its campus.

The 4,694-sqft construction will include workstations + office space for Veteran Affairs faculty, a multipurpose room for student veterans, and other support spaces.

Construction on the new Veterans Center is set to begin in February and wrap up by the end of next year.

The SATX architected and urban design firm is also currently involved in several landmark projects — see UTSA’s School of Data Science and National Security Collaboration Center + a mixed-use development that could be coming to Hemisfair.

The firm is even solidifying its mark on the city with monumental residential projects like the Magnolia Heights and the River House Residencessee a list of all projects on the Overland Partner’s website.
