If you can see the Scream Tower from 1604 + I-10, that means you’re in the thrill-seeking Far North Side. If heart-stopping rides aren’t your vibe, you can golf, dine, and shop in this area.
Santikos Casa Blanca
Continue along 1604 West and you’ll eventually see the gargantuan movie theater anchoring the Alamo Ranch neighborhood on the city’s Far West Side.

Al Rohde Park on the Far North West Side is reopening today after undergoing extensive renovations and improvements thanks to the 2022-2027 Bond Project. Visitors can expect new shade structures, a pedestrian bridge, ADA improvements, half basketball court, landscaping, lighting, and a shaded Buddy Calk Trailhead.
Civic
The City of San Antonio Animal Care Services is cutting the ribbon on a new spay/neuter clinic at 10:30 a.m. in the Las Palmas neighborhood. Its goal is to provide additional free and low cost spay + neuter services to pets.

A new cycling studio is coming to Stone Oak. Xcycle is accepting members for its waitlist and will feature high-intensity workouts, curated playlists, projected visuals, and real-time heart rate tracking.

Speaking of Stone Oak. Dog Haus Biergarten in Stone Oak has closed due to an ownership change, reports the San Antonio Business Journal. The franchise is seeking a new owner.
