This week, the Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group announced a new market coming to the Historic Pearl — introducing the Pullman Market , the largest culinary market in the Southwest. The Texas-based restaurant group already manages seven renowned restaurant concepts including Ladino , also located at the Historic Pearl.

Designed by award-winning Texas architecture firms Clayton Korte and Burton Baldridge , the market will be located at 221 Newell Ave., right in the heart of the Historic Pearl.

- Four full-service restaurants
- An artisan butcher + fishmonger program
- Wine and beer selections
- Texas-based produce and specialties
- A seasonal bakery and fresh pasta program

: A family-friendly, no-reservations-required eatery specializing in homemade pizza and pasta

: This restaurant and mezcal bar will focus on the cuisine of Sonora, Mexico
Isidore : Come for an elevated dining experience with a regularly-changing menu. Pro tip: Reservations are required.
Nicosi : How long can you last without a phone? Created by award-winning Pastry Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph, this intimate dessert bar has 18 seats and a no-phone policy.
