This week, the Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group announced a new market coming to the Historic Pearl — introducing the Pullman Market, the largest culinary market in the Southwest. The Texas-based restaurant group already manages seven renowned restaurant concepts including Ladino, also located at the Historic Pearl.

Designed by award-winning Texas architecture firms Clayton Korte and Burton Baldridge, the market will be located at 221 Newell Ave., right in the heart of the Historic Pearl.

Here’s what to expect:

  • 40,000 sqft
  • Four full-service restaurants
  • An artisan butcher + fishmonger program
  • Wine and beer selections
  • Texas-based produce and specialties
  • A seasonal bakery and fresh pasta program

“We are excited to create a new, unique culinary experience that represents all of Texas for locals and travelers alike,” said Kevin Fink, an Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group partner.

Check out the four restaurants joining the Pullman Market:

Fife & Farro: A family-friendly, no-reservations-required eatery specializing in homemade pizza and pasta
Mezquite: This restaurant and mezcal bar will focus on the cuisine of Sonora, Mexico

Isidore: Come for an elevated dining experience with a regularly-changing menu. Pro tip: Reservations are required.

Nicosi: How long can you last without a phone? Created by award-winning Pastry Chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph, this intimate dessert bar has 18 seats and a no-phone policy.

The market also will offer a grocery store featuring seasonal specialties and casual to-go concepts with items like burgers, ice cream, tacos, ceviche, and more.
