With a whole year ahead of us in beautiful San Antonio, there’s so much to look forward to.

In our experience, we know a lot can happen in 365 days. That’s why we’re sharing our predictions for what could happen in SATX this year.

  1. The fifth-tallest (or taller) tower is announced for downtown.
  2. The Spurs win their 50th anniversary game.
  3. DJ Diesel (AKA Shaquille O’Neal) makes another appearance in SATX.
  4. The Lone Star Brewery renovation finally takes off.
  5. San Antonio-Austin metro area master plan is officially announced.
  6. SATXtoday passes 30,000 followers on Instagram.
  7. Much like James Cameron, Elsewhere Three, Four, and Five will be announced.
  8. The Rock and Mayor Ron take a photo flexing together.
