San Antonio-based Birria Barrio grew its local presence by way of two new restaurants in just over a month’s time. Patrons can now get their birria tacos fix near Lackland Air Force Base at 2403 Pinn Rd. + in Southtown at 1203 S. Alamo St. (San Antonio Current)

Fatburger is sizzling in San Antonio with the addition of a fourth location this fall, this time near Stone Oak at 4250 TPC Pkwy. The Los Angeles chain specializes in hand-pressed beef patties, scratch-made onion rings, and handcrafted milkshakes. (San Antonio Current)
