Agua fresca 101
The agua fresca comes from Mexico and is a fruit-based, nonalcoholic beverage. All you need to make this drink is water, choice of fruit, sweetener, and a splash of lime juice (if you’re feeling citrusy).
Common flavors include watermelon, tamarind, and horchata.
