VIA Metropolitan is planning its first East Side transit center — its 10th in San Antonio. The $9 million bus hub will be built on 4.22 acres at 4211 E. Houston St. Construction begins next month and slated for completion in 2026. (SA Report)

Whataburger is releasing a family-friendly book + puzzle collection. Fanatics can expect a first-word baby book, a book of drawing lessons, a coloring book, and a San Antonio-inspired puzzle. The books launches on Tuesday, Oct. 22, and the puzzle drops on Tuesday, Nov. 12 on the Whatastore.

HTeaO announced a winter-themed limited-time offering: the Peppermint Mocha Latte. Available Friday, Nov. 1, 2024 through Tuesday, Dec. 31, this seasonal beverage combines the flavors of peppermint and dark chocolate.
