  • Two downtown hotels are still on the market after almost a year. Owned by North Carolina-based Winston Hotels, the AC Hotel by Marriott and Element by Westin properties are located at the former Riverview Towers structure on Soledad Street. The company is actively looking for buyers after investing $100+ million into the hotels. (SA Business Journal)

  • The Brackenridge Park Conservancy is launching Urban Wild. The program aims to create a group of young leaders + stewards (age 21+) who will help build a constituency advocating for the park. Register to join the kickoff event on Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 5 p.m.

  • Centro de Artes’ newest exhibit “Dining with Rolando Briseño: A 50-Year Retrospective” is now open. Curated by Ruben Cordova, the exhibition will feature 75 works grouped into ten thematic sections and features pieces by San Antonio artist Rolando Briseño dating back to 1966.
