Did you adopt a pandemic puppy? You’re not alone. A survey from ASPCA showed that approximately 23 million American households adopted a pet since the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis.
Since today is National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day, we rounded up a list of nine local animal shelters, rescues, and foundations in case you’re still looking for a furry new bestie.
Celebrating over 70 years of operation, this organization is a no kill shelter that strives to protect and improve the lives of dogs and cats in San Antonio and surrounding areas.
