What would you send a friend to remind them of the Alamo City? | Graphic by SATXtoday Team
We’ve all had a family member, friend, or a co-worker who has moved away from the 210. But there are plenty of ways to remind them of San Antonio.
A postcard, stickers, or even a book is nice — but have you ever sent them a care package?
City Editor Nicholas here, when I lived in Colorado for a short period of time, my family sent me a box to remind me of home. In it, there were H-E-B tortillas (the non-buttered ones), Big Red, a couple of pieces of pan dulce, and a keychain (I lost it, sorry mom).
Dear reader, what items would you put in a San Antonio care package? Let us know by taking our survey, and you may be featured in an upcoming newsletter.

I’m really excited to see what you submit for a San Antonio-themed care package. I often dream of the H-E-B tortillas, especially when they’re nice and warm in the store.
