It’s NBA Draft Day in the Alamo City. Ever since winning the No.1 pick last month, Spurs fans have been anxiously awaiting this night — when the picks will be announced tonight at 7 p.m. time, in Brooklyn, NY.

The majority of us don’t have the pleasure of traveling to the Barclays Center to watch in person. However, in San Antonio fashion, there will be several watch parties happening across the city.

The Moon’s Daughter, 115 Lexington Ave.

Come for the draft watch party at 6 p.m. and stay for the giveaways including drinks on the house.

La Tuna Icehouse, 100 Probandt St.

Enjoy $3 Pacifico on tap and watch the draft starting at 6:30 p.m.

The Dooryard, 4503 De Zavala Rd. Suite 10

Wear your favorite NBA team gear to receive a 10% discount on your tab starting at 7 p.m.

The Historic Pearl, 303 Pearl Pkwy.

Come dressed in your Spurs best, and head to the shaded structure in front of Boiler House at 6 p.m.

The Roo Pub, 19314 US 281

Join The Blitzs from radio station 94.1 at 2 p.m., and stay for the draft bar at 7 p.m., featuring $1 specials — including the “Wemby” burger.

From the editor
I am very tempted to cook an egg on the side walk this week. No, I won’t eat it, but since it’s been over 100 degrees almost every day this week, it’s a little experiment I’ve always wanted to try. My parents never let me do it as a child but now that I’m 30 I can finally try it.

Side note, who is excited for the NBA Draft tonight?
