Who let the dogs out?

The newest (and biggest) dog park to step on the San Antonio scene is none other than Coyote Park. This 7.5 acre dog park is part of Phase 1 of The Rock at La Cantera — a Spurs athletic training + conditioning campus that will feature a public outdoor plaza, 22-acre green space, and trails that connect to the city’s extensive trail system.

Here’s what pet owners can expect:

  • Agility course
  • Walking trails
  • Dog wash stations
  • Play mounds
  • Designated large + small dog areas.
  • Picnic tables

Coyote Park is located in the La Cantera area at 15915 Old Fredericksburg Rd., and is open during the summer season from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Don’t forget to review the park rules before heading out.
