All that walking is sure to stir up an appetite. We can’t forget to mention some incredible sips and eats we got to try, including enchilada soup, traditional tamales, and a few alcoholic beverages for the adults. Get a taste of the holidays with irresistible festive feasts and drinks throughout the park.
🎇 Ring in the New Year
While the New Year is still just a few short weeks away, we recommend planning early for the park’s biggest celebration to date. Six Flags Fiesta Texas will wrap up its year-long 30th anniversary celebration with a pyrotechnic spectacular you don’t want to miss on Saturday, Dec. 31. The show will begin at 9 p.m.
Pro tip: Can’t make it to the park? Head to the parking lot near Neiman Marcus at The Shops at La Cantera to watch the show from afar — check out the view.
