Just like this week’s forecast, the race for the city’s official General Election is starting to heat up.

Earlier this week, the CoSA City Clerk held its lottery to determine the position of candidate names on the May 2023 General Election ballot. See the order online.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Early voting begins Monday, April 24 and runs through Tuesday, May 2.
  • Last day to register to vote is Thursday, April 6.
  • To verify voter registration and view polling locations, visit the Bexar County Elections website.

In June 2022, the San Antonio City Council approved new council boundaries. Pro tip: Residents can use the interactive mapping tool to verify which council district they reside in after this change.

The map also features neighborhood-level information, such as the location of SAPD substations, school districts, and waste collection service days.
