Thespians and theater-goers rejoice — The Public announced its upcoming lineup of shows for the new season, “Of Heroes, Journeys, and Dreams.”

Twelfth Night | Conceived by Kwame Kwei-Armah and Shaina Taub
This stage adaptation tells the story of Shakespeare’s classic romantic comedy on mistaken identity and self-discovery.

A Xmas Cuento Remix | By Maya Malan-Gonzalez

Spring Awakening | Book and Lyrics by Steven Sater
Follow a dozen young people making their way through the mysterious time of sexual awakening.

Hear the story of Esther, a lonely, single African-American navigating life in 1905 New York and a forbidden romance.
