We’ve shared with you where to dine and what to give your special someone this Valentine’s Day, but today we’re adding what to say to that list with 10 Valentine’s Day cards that are uniquely San Antonio.

As a bonus, we’re sharing some date ideas based on these iconic SATX spots.

Tower of the Americas

  • Every San Antonian should visit the top of the tower at least once in, of course, Editor Ivan’s humble opinion. While Chart House (the rotating restaurant atop the space needle) made our list for top Valentine’s date-worthy restaurant picks, you don’t necessarily have to dish out the big bucks to enjoy the incredible views. Ride the elevator to check out the observation deck and get an aerial view of the city.

Love Lock Bridge

  • If you liked it then you should have put a [lock] on it — nothing says commitment quite like taking a lock to a bridge and tossing the key. A tradition that originated in Paris has now traveled to the heart of San Antonio. Bring your own special lock to Kallison Walk (and trust us, we’ve seen some really creative + unique ones), add your initials, and toss that key away. Let us know if you have your own lock on the bridge and a picture of you + your partner.

Pinkerton’s Barbecue

  • This award winning barbecue joint offers some incredible eats but that’s not all. Bring your food out or just simply enjoy the fresh air at Legacy Park adjacent to the restaurant and Frost Tower. This intimate park in the heart of the city gives us major urban-metro vibes. New York, New York — more like SA, SA.
