Carriqui isn’t the only new development at Pearl — a new plaza has been announced along with two restaurant concepts nearing their openings this September.
🍽️ New grub at Pearl
Full Goods Diner | From the creators of Paperboy in Austin, this scratch-made breakfast and lunch spot is set to bring a “fresh yet familiar style of food and hospitality” to guests.
Ladino | From the Emmer & Rye team, this Mediterranean restaurant will feature regional specialties, wood-fired meats, and an abundance of other Israel-inspired small bites.
👟 Building walkable areas
If that’s not enough, check out what’s in store for Pearl’s newest green space in front of the Full Goods building , 1100 Springs Plaza. The area will offer pedestrians a new space free of traffic with shaded patios, ample seating, and a water feature — see the renderings .
Plans have also been shared to turn the nearby stables into a music venue, Stable Hall
, along with other potential projects
that could also be on the horizon.
