One characteristic that makes our city unique is its inclusion for all. Morgan’s Wonderland embodies that characteristic with the creation of the world’s first and only theme park deigned with those with special needs in mind — here everyone can play. This week, the park unveiled what it has been working on since October 2023, a $6.5 million renovation featuring new rides and experiences for all who visit.

Let’s break down the major additions visitors can expect at the park.

4D Magic Cinema

Inside the Sensory Village, guests can experience the sensation of riding a roller coaster. Come experience smooth and accurate motion effects, a custom video screen size for guests of all abilities, and a motion-disengage option designed for those who don’t want to experience coaster-like sensations.

Pirate Island Cruises

All aboard this covered boat and enjoy a pleasant cruise around the eight acre catch and release lake as you watch others on the new zip line crossing overhead.

Rocket’s Sky Flight Adventure

Remember the two-seater zip line? It’s new and improved four-seater line accommodates all riders with disabilities and special needs. With this new iteration, a pair of passengers sit back-to-back which allows two unique experiences on the zip line. The carriage also includes room for respiratory equipment, gear required by the rider, and additional restraints.

Jette’s Wonder Bikes

This wheelchair-accessible attraction features six hand-glider-style cars that fly in a circular motion each equipped with pedals or hand cranks making the cars swoop up and down.

Wait, that’s not all. In addition to the all-star upgrades, the food stalls and other pack facilities received a minor face lift. Ready to visit? You can enjoy the new park amenities daily during spring break through Sunday, March 17.
