This week, the UFL hosted the 2024 UFL College Draft. In this league, there are only eight teams versus 32 in leagues like the NFL and NBA. Let’s break down the draft and who’s going to adorn the yellow + black in 2025.
Draft details
This draft is a little different than the major league sports ones. Each team in the UFL selects 10 players. Here’s how the player eligibility works:
- Players must have been eligible for the 2024 NFL Draft and were not selected.
- Each team holds exclusive rights to the players selected until the player reports to the team.
- All players must have been out of high school for at least three years and exhausted or waived their college eligibility.

Miles Battle
Originally from Houston, this corner back from Utah played in 13 games in 2023.
Jamree Kromah
Started his career at Rutgers and finished as a defensive end at James Madison.
Lideatrick Griffin,
The wide receiver from Mississippi State appeared in 44 career games and 24 starts.
Beau Brade
This defensive back from Maryland earned honorable mention All-Big Ten twice.
Sincere Haynesworth
The Pearland native started in 63 games as a center at Tulane
D.J. Miller, Jr.,
Miller picked up 50 tackles while starting 11 out of 12 games as cornerback at Kent State
Joshua Cephus,
This wide receiver from UTSA finished his collegiate career with 3,639 receiving yards on 313 receptions.
