From Career & Technical Education (CTE) pathways that prepare students for college and careers to Innovation Campuses focused on STEM, leadership, and the arts, students are supported every step of the way in classrooms designed for the future.

Looking for a public school that fits your child’s goals and interests? Registration is now open for the 2025-2026 school year — here’s everything you need to know.

Step one: Explore your student’s path

  • Career and Technical Education programs | Equip students with real-world skills and industry certifications through 29 programs at three high schools. Pathways include agriculture, health science, business, technology, and more.
  • Innovation Campuses | Offer specialized programs in STEM, fine arts, leadership, and other areas. Campuses with Innovation Designation include Candlewood Elementary, Kirby Middle School, Woodlake Hills Middle School, and Spring Meadows Elementary.
  • Out-of-District | Families outside JISD boundaries may apply starting today, June 9.
  • Returning and new students | Registration windows now open, with enrollment for returning students ending on Wednesday, August 13.

Pro tip: Judson ISD’s School of Choice policy gives families full flexibility to select the school that’s right for them, regardless of assigned zone.

Step two: Gather your student’s documents
Make registration smooth by having these essentials ready:

  • Proof of residency
  • Student’s birth certificate or official ID
  • Up-to-date immunization records

Step three: Make it official
Visit your selected campus to complete in-person registration. Campus registrars are ready to help with forms, answer questions, and make sure your student is set for a successful start.
