Do you have any upcoming travel plans that involve acquiring a passport? The city announced its Passport Services office has moved to a new location in City Tower at 100 W. Houston St., Concourse. Access services — like new passport applications and passport photos — are by appointment only .

Besides the passport office in City Tower, San Antonio has 16 passport offices . We listed a few below:

  • Bexar County District Clerk, 101 West Nueva

How to apply

To apply for a U.S passport you must:

  • Make an appointment
  • Fill out this form
  • Provide evidence of U.S citizenship as well as a photocopy
  • Bring an official ID + a photo copy
  • Get your passport photo
  • Calculate your fees .

The U.S Department of State recommends applying six months prior to your travel.

Passport renewal
