Do you have any upcoming travel plans that involve acquiring a passport? The city announced its Passport Services office has moved to a new location in City Tower at 100 W. Houston St., Concourse. Access services — like new passport applications and passport photos — are by appointment only.

How to apply
To apply for a U.S passport you must:
- Make an appointment
- Fill out this form
- Provide evidence of U.S citizenship as well as a photocopy
- Bring an official ID + a photo copy
- Get your passport photo
- Calculate your fees.
The U.S Department of State recommends applying six months prior to your travel.
