12 Spirit Halloween stores come to San Antonio

The store finds vacant retail spaces and signs temporary leases to set up shop leading up to Halloween — but locations can change each year.

Do you remember the Joann Fabric on Military Drive? What about the Tuesday Morning on Huebner Road? Those retail spaces have something in common — they’re getting dressed up as Spirit Halloween stores.

The seasonal chain has converted 12 vacant retail spaces in the Alamo City into Spirit Halloween stores, including:

  • 17700 San Pedro Avenue, Suite 201 (next to Harbor Freight)
  • 2945 Thousand Oaks Drive (former Tuesday Morning)
  • 2502 Summit Church Road (former CVS)
  • 25 NE Interstate 410 Loop (former Joann Fabrics)
  • 6909 North Loop 1604 East (former Sears)
  • 12332 W I-10 Frontage Road (former University Bowl)
  • 5464 Walzem Road, #3 (former 99 Cents)
  • 4522 Fredericksburg Road (next to Ross)
  • 6808 Huebner Road (former Tuesday Morning)
  • 8331 SH 151, Suite 102 (next to Fitness Connection)
  • 181 Southwest Military Drive (next to Harbor Freight)
  • 3142 SE Military Drive (former Joann Fabric)
